Alhamdolill-Allah we are at the end of our Construction for Phase II.
However, there has been no significant progress since mid December.

 

The remaining issues before we can get temporary COO are:

1. Final inspections for Plumbing, Electrical, Fire alarm and
Sprinkler system : The subs for Electric and sprinkler system have failed
to show up in spite of repeated promises to do so.

2. Roof: Parapet Fence to be completed this week

3. Interior Doors, being installed.

 

Initially above items were delayed because of holidays and subcontractors
had promised to complete by mid January. However they failed to show up. The
amount of work is quite small and all means are being used to get
subcontractors complete their work. Until above items are completed and we
get COO building can not be used. 

 

Use of Mussallah is dependant on carpet and audio system. Carpet has
arrived at the port from overseas and delivery to the center is expected
this week.
