Alhamdulillah, the Islamic Association of Raleigh is proud to announce the launch of the An-Noor School, a Shura-approved one year pilot program for a full-time Qur’an memorization school.

An-Noor School will be a full-time school that focuses on establishing a bond with the glorious Qur’an through its recitation, memorization and understanding. Students will also receive regular curricular instruction through age-appropriate Math, Science, and English classes.

The pilot program will offer 2nd – 5th grade levels. The school will operate on year-round schedule. School hours will be Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM. The first day of classes is August 11th, 2009.

An-Noor tuition is $300.00 per month for one child, $500.00 a month for two children. However, An-Noor will not deprive deserving candidates from learning the book of Allah (SWT) because of financial hardship. Parents can apply for a scholarship and pay a monthly fee of $100.00 per child.
