Please remember that at 9am on Saturday, September 22, 2007 we will be collecting the rest of your hajj package requirements in the Raleigh Islamic Center. You need to submit the information in person or by sending it via mail on or before that date.

The mailing address of the Center is: 3020 Ligon Street, Raleigh, NC 27607.

The requirements which you need to submit are:

1. Your Balance amount of $3,135 payable to Mohsen Mansour
2. Complete Saudi Consulate Visa Application Form
3. Four passport photos (with white background). One attached to visa form the other three photos with your name printed on the back placed in a small envelope
4. Passport - valid for six months (Expires after June-July 2008)
5. Copy of Permanent Resident Card (if not US citizen) and
6. Vaccination for Meningitis. Yellow traveling vaccination certification
7. Married People with Different last name, need a copy of marriage certificate in English or Arabic
8. Women 45 years and above traveling alone need Letter of Mahram (husband, son, or father) giving them permission to travel with El-Ehsan Group.
