Fajr Exercise Session
Fajr Exercise Sessions for brothers will be held five times a week, Monday through Friday, at the IAR GYM directly after Fajr prayer.
Each class will last for a minimum of 30 minutes to a maximum of 45 minutes. Sessions are safe and designed to meet the need and the desire of individuals at all levels. This means that whether you are a complete newbie to sports and out-of-shape, or an athlete, and REGARDLESS of your age, you will insha Allah benefit from these early morning Workouts.
What to bring: Wear warm-ups (with long pans) and a pair of running sneakers when you plan to join us. A small (sweat) towel is also recommended.
So please come for your Fajr prayer and have a good workout afterward. Early workouts have been proven to be the most effective way to loose weight and get fit.
